The hulks of two F-102 Delta Dart fighters at the aircraft dump at Bien Hoa Airbase, 1968. This was where the damaged, unwanted aircraft were dumped.  The F-102 was used for a short while in Ground Support roles, but proved unsuitable for the job.  I assume the Government reckoned it was more cost effective to just dump them rather than take them back to the USA, where they were already obsolete in the all-weather interceptor role.
